This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Oral Exam Method.
1. Digital product nature
All products are digital PDF products.
After purchase, the files are delivered digitally through the checkout or delivery system.
2. Immediate access
Because the products are digital downloads, access may be provided immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing the digital product, you may be asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
3. EU / EEA withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may end once performance has begun if you gave prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
4. Refund eligibility
Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately, refund rights may be limited once digital access has begun, depending on applicable law and the consent given at checkout.
We may consider a refund if:
- you purchased the same product twice by mistake

- you did not receive access to the product and support cannot resolve it
- there is a technical issue that prevents access to the files and cannot be fixed
5. Non-refundable situations

- you accessed or downloaded the digital files after agreeing to immediate access, unless required by applicable law
- you changed your mind after accessing the product
- you expected the product to guarantee a specific exam result
- you did not use the product
- you bought the wrong product but already accessed it
- the product did not replace studying the subject matter

The products are educational tools for improving answer structure, spoken clarity, and practice quality.
They do not guarantee:
- a specific exam grade
- passing an exam
- admission to a programme
- certification
- professional success
